Green Sea Turtle Nesting Tour

In our night expedition, we will take you to Playa Grande, where for years the green sea turtles that hatched in Playa Grande have returned to lay their eggs. The green turtle is a large, weighty sea turtle with a wide, smooth carapace, or shell. It inhabits tropical and subtropical coastal waters around the world and has been observed clambering onto land to sunbathe. Follow our knowledgeable guides around Playa Grande or Tamarindo where you can see some of the turtles disembark to lay their eggs.
