Know before you go: 

  • Please book only if you plan to attend! 
  • Groups of 7 people or more, (families or friends included), cannot take part in the tour unless they have booked a private tour. Multiple bookings for single groups of more than 6 people will be cancelled. Guide has the right to cancel the tour on the spot too.
  • Guests can make only one reservation for each tour and on a single day only. Multiple bookings (made for different days and for the same tour) will be cancelled)
  • Due to the nature of this tour, (duration 2 hours 30 minutes), its route, and for safety reasons, that it is NOT SUITABLE for children under 10 years of age and that the USE OF A STROLLER IS NOT POSSIBLE.
  • Pets and animals (any size) are not allowed ; please send an email to request a special, private tour with your pets at info@newromefreetour.com
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the tour starting time.
  • Please show the voucher to our guide, mobile ticket accepted. (better printed in order to avoid missing important information).
  • Due to the nature of the pay-what-you-like tour model, it is often very difficult for operators to know how many people with bookings will in actuality show up to a tour. The booking fee is used to guarantee a spot on the tour, in particular for food tours where food establishments are involved in the same tour and require to be informed about the number of participants in advance. 

    The booking fee is used by the organization to offset the costs of organizing the tours, including reservation system fees ( TREKKSOFT external company), the costs of providing general customer service, and other miscellaneous costs associated with doing business.

    The fee is refundable in full if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice from the start of a tour.

The tour has no "up front ticket /fare " : you name the price at the end of the tour ! Our guides, all qualified by local authorities, will do their best to deserve it.
