*All of our tours are PRIVATE for a much greater experience. We do not mix groups of people on our tours. We take a minimum of 2 people and maximum capacity of 8 people on this tour. For groups larger than 8 participants, please contact us via email at info@islaarubaofficial.com for assistants.
 

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • If you are arriving on a cruise ship and your ship cancels it’s stop in Aruba for whatever reason you will receive a full refund even if we are notified of the cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.
