Discover a naturalistic heritage that features an exceptional biodiversity and a renowned local produce: Medicina forage.
Start in Medicina and arrival in LACME Farm, with an ornithologist you will visit "Il Quadrone" Oasis, a protected area for preserving wild fauna. Will follow a meetinf with CONFORME, association of Medicina producers of alfalfa used for Parmigiano Reggiano making process. Closes the experience a tasting of typical products, curated by Tazza d'Oro and Mingazzini Winery.
