You should bring:

Something to wear underneath the wet suit. E.g. bathingsuit, swim shorts or thermal underwear. Please avoid any use of cotton

A canyon trip where we make our way down the stream of Mæhlumsåa just a few minutes away from our base. This is a classic rope-based canyoning trip with high abseils of 30+ meters. The trip is not particularly technically demanding, but all abseils are high and participants must not have a fear of heights. Participants bring their own packed lunch, and we provide hot water, coffee, tea, and juice. Towards the end, you will have a fantastic view of Gudbrandsdalen before we finish with a 65-meter abseil down the waterfall. Norway's highest canyon abseil!
