Rome Cooking Class

A cooking class in the center of Rome at a local enoteca.

Your hosts philosophy:
We believe that cooking and food production is not only a fundamental life skill but also one of life’s greatest pleasures.

From our passion for food, wine and hospitality together with a pride in our traditions, we are pleased to present you the ultimate cooking experience.

Should you wish to also enjoy wine with your meal, your host can provide a recommendation for pairing.

The cooking class includes the following:

Deep fried zucchini flowers

Zucchini flowers are a rather common ingredient in Italian cuisine. They are often stuffed with a combination of ingredients such as mozzarella or ricotta, meat, fish, mashed potatoes, and parmesan cheese. Though they can be enjoyed fresh, they are often baked or coated in batter and deep fried.

Handmade ‘fettuccine' pasta with pesto sauce

Fettuccine are a kind of long pasta, similar to spaghetti. The pesto sauce is a traditional Italian sauce made of basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and black pepper.* (should food intolerances or preferences not permit one or more of these items, you may not include them and add more of others).

Tiramisu

Coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese and coated with a layer of cocoa powder.

Dinner and water are included
