Food Tour Lake Brienz

A culinary tour in the Bernese Oberland
One tour, two journeys, three courses.
Those who join this food tour can savour turquoise Lake Brienz, a phenomenal landscape and culinary surprises.
The tour starts in Interlaken with appetisers based on regional products. Then you take the boat across Lake Brienz to the rustic woodcarving village of Brienz on the far bank. Aboard the boat, a seasonal lunch is served. In Brienz, you head to a restaurant where you can enjoy a sweet dessert. After a short after-dinner walk along the lakeside promenade in Brienz, you take a scenic train journey back to Interlaken Ost. A day full of unforgettable experiences comes in Interlaken to an end.

Vegetarian: Seasonal pasta dish including 1 glass of wine, beer, soft drink, coffee or tea
Vegan: Lentil and coconut Dal with rice including 1 glass of wine, beer, soft drink, coffee or tea

Meat: A half portion of veal stew with sage and lemon served with noodles including 1 soft drink
Fish: A half portion of perch fillet in batter with chive potatoes and tartar sauce including 1 soft drink

Vegan: A half portion lentil and coconut Dal with rice including 1 soft drink

*Children aged between 6 and 16 years will be served alcohol-free drinks.
The tour is suitable for connoisseurs, families and groups.
Group requests from 20 people must be received 15 days before the desired tour date.
