In the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, crews will arrive and park in reserved parking at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Autodromo in Imola.
Registration, check-in, and welcome kit delivery.

SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2026
Guided tours and local tours.
Medieval evening with dinner at a district of the Palio del Niballo in Faenza.

SUNDAY, MARCH 15, 2026
Excursions and camper parade on the track.
12:00 PM: Crews gather and line up on the track.
12:30 PM: Camper parade with two laps of the track.

REGISTRATION FEE
€70.00 per crew for 2 people
€15.00 per person for an additional member aged 10 and over (free for children under 10)
The registration fee includes: camper parking in a reserved, lit, and fenced parking lot with restrooms (no electrical hookup), track parade, welcome kit, informational materials, a guided tour of the city and a historical-naturalistic walk through the mineral water park.
The registration fee does not include: transportation, meals, museum admission, or anything not listed under "the fee includes."

NOTE
All activities, both those included in the fee and those not included, must be booked online at www.imolafaenza.it.
During the event, it will also be possible to visit the museums, exhibitions, and other scheduled activities. Access to the city's municipal museums will be discounted for event participants
