Departure from Mataró
Our adventure begins as we depart from Mataró at 9:00 AM. We will set off heading north, following a picturesque coastal route that promises to delight with stunning views of the Mediterranean.

Blanes – Gateway to Costa Brava
Our first destination is Blanes, the southern gateway to the Costa Brava. Known for its beautiful beaches and charming harbor, Blanes offers a warm introduction to the rugged beauty of this famous coastline.

Lloret de Mar – Entrance to Secluded Beaches
Continuing along the coast, we arrive at Lloret de Mar. This vibrant town is not only famous for its lively atmosphere but also serves as a gateway to some of Costa Brava’s most hidden and pristine beaches.

We will then embark on the renowned GI-682 route. This scenic drive takes us through rolling mountain landscapes, offering breathtaking views of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The road itself is a marvel, winding through lush terrain and providing panoramic views at every turn.

Cala Canyelles – Hidden Gem of Crystal Clear Waters
Our journey will include a stop at Cala Canyelles, a serene and secluded beach known for its crystal clear waters and tranquil atmosphere. This hidden gem offers a perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the Costa Brava.

Tossa de Mar – Historic and Scenic Treasure
Next, we will continue our drive to Tossa de Mar, a picturesque town renowned for its paradisiacal beaches and its impressive medieval walls. Tossa de Mar is a place rich in history, with origins dating back 6,000 years to the Neolithic period. Here, you can still find ancient dolmens, menhirs, and stone and ceramic artifacts, offering a fascinating glimpse into the distant past.

We will depart from Mataró at 9:00 AM and begin our scenic journey north along Spain’s beautiful coastline. Following this, we will travel to Lloret de Mar, known for its lively atmosphere and access to some of the area’s most secluded beaches. Next, we will traverse the stunning GI-682 route, which winds through mountainous terrain and offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. We will then make a stop at Cala Canyelles, a tranquil beach with crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Our day will conclude in Tossa de Mar, where we will explore the historic town, admire its medieval walls, and learn about its ancient history before enjoying dinner and relaxing for the evening.
