- Meet & Safety Briefing: Arrive in Santa Luzia, Lumiar, for an introduction to the rappelling equipment and safety instructions.
- Hike to Waterfall (30 minutes): Enjoy a scenic hike through the forest to the Paraíso Vertical Waterfall.
- Climb to Rappelling Point: A short climb brings you to the top of the 30-meter waterfall.
- Rappelling Descent (approx. 1.5 hours) : Experience the thrilling 30-meter descent down the waterfall to the river pool below.
- Swim & Relax : Conclude with a refreshing swim in the natural pool before heading back.
