Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Thursday - Journey to Budapest

The trip departs from Florence on Thursday evening and travels overnight to Budapest by private luxury coach. We make one 45 minute stop. We will arrive in Budapest early the next morning.

Day 2: Friday - Explore Budapest & Party on the Danube

Wake up in Budapest and start your day with a complimentary breakfast at your accomodation. The morning and afternoon are yours to explore this incredible city.
Suggested sights to visit:

• Buda Castle & Fisherman’s Bastion: Snap panoramic views of the Danube and Pest side of the city.
• St. Stephen’s Basilica: Marvel at the intricate interiors and climb to the dome for incredible views.
• Heroes’ Square & City Park: Dive into Hungary’s history and enjoy a walk through the park.
• Széchenyi Thermal Baths: Relax in Budapest’s iconic thermal spas.

In the evening, join us for an epic Boat Party on the Danube River! Cruise along illuminated landmarks like the Parliament Building and Buda Castle, with DJs, unlimited drinks (beer, wine, and soft drinks), and incredible vibes. End the night with included club entry to keep the party going.

Day 3: Saturday - Free Day and Legendary Spa Party

After breakfast, head out and explore more of Budapest at your own pace. Whether it’s checking out the underground caves or immersing yourself in the city’s culture, there’s no shortage of options!

Saturday night, we take things to the next level with VIP access to Budapest’s world-famous Sparty (Spa Party). Dance under the stars, soak in thermal baths, and enjoy an electric atmosphere with DJ sets, light shows, and plenty of good vibes. Day 4: Sunday - Departure Day

Sunday morning we meet in the hostel lobby for departure to Florence. We will make one stop 45 minute stop for dinner.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Budapest Walking Tour: The top walking tour in Budapest, the Hungarian guides give a fantastic account of early Hungarian history, in addition to life in Communist and Post-Communist Hungary.

Szechenyi Thermal Baths (daytime visit):  is a quintessential Budapest experience. (It hasn't cultivated a reputation as the "City of Spas" for nothing.) These baths, or fürdok in Hungarian, are heated by natural thermal springs.
 

Caving: Get a little dirty exploring the labyrinth of the Matyas cave system of Budapest. During this 3-hour tour you get to climb on walls, crawl through narrow passages, and see just what is going underneath the city. Be sure to bring boots or tennis shoes.
 

Budapest Communism Walking Tour: This tour gives a complete history of life in Communist and Post-Communist Budapest and highlights important locations involved in the struggle against Communism.
