Head back to Muscat stopping at the ruins of Ghul along the way, concluding an unforgettable escape into Oman’s natural beauty!

Day 1 – Adventure Begins in Muscat

For those with self-drive options, feel free to remain in your vehicles, while others will transfer to our comfortable transport.
7:00 AM: We depart from Muscat, embarking on a scenic off-road journey toward the stunning Snake Canyon, passing through the breathtaking Wadi Bani Awf, renowned for its dramatic landscapes.
9:00 AM: Arrive at Snake Canyon and gear up for an exhilarating exploration. Spend a few hours discovering this incredible open-top cave, where you can swim in crystal-clear freshwater pools, leap from small cliffs, and navigate around the fascinating rock formations.
Afterward, we’ll exit the canyon, enjoy a quick lunch on the go, and continue our journey toward the majestic Jebel Shams, pausing along the way for some unforgettable photo opportunities and to admire the awe-inspiring views.
Upon arrival at Jebel Shams, we’ll set up camp under the twinkling stars and unwind around a cozy campfire. A delicious BBQ dinner will be prepared for you to enjoy, wrapping up a day filled with adventure and natural beauty.
Day 2 – Discovering the Heights of Jebel Shams
Wake up to the magnificent landscapes of Jebel Shams, where we begin our day with the popular Balcony Walk. This scenic hike follows the edge of Wadi Ghul, offering panoramic views and passing the ancient, abandoned village of Sab Bani Khamis. For those seeking more adrenaline, the Via Ferrata option awaits—an exciting climb along the mountain’s face, using steel cables and climbing gear.
After our adventure, we’ll return to the vehicles for a well-deserved lunch on the go, then start our journey back to Muscat. Along the way, we’ll stop at the historic ruins of Ghul, a perfect ending to this unforgettable experience.
