This floating hide is intended for nature photographers and passionate birdwatchers, mainly targeting Steller Eiders. Each session, is priced at €150 per person during the season from February to May (see different prices from July to October, € 50 per session), including VAT. There is one session all day in February and two sessions in the morning or afternoon from mid of March onwards.
Special conditions may apply for professional travel organisers or booking the hide exclusively.
The hide has a maximum capacity of eight photographers. This limit ensures stability, safety and an optimal photographic experience. We sell exclusive sessions per hide too.

Location
Our hide is located at the end of the new pier in the harbour of Kiberg. You enter Kiberg in direction to the fish factory and you park at the kittiwake hotel. It is easy to find.
Please in any case respect the fischermen's work.
As it is an Arctic environment with an Arctic sea, please observe our rules and terms (attached pdf). And pay attention: It can be icy and slippery in winter, so please be careful when you arrive. For your safety we moved the hide from Svartness (2025) to Kiberg.
