From Plant Care to Self Care: Let's Try ORTHOTHERAPY

Therapeutic horticulture is a practice that uses plants to improve the state of physical and psychological well-being. It is now proven that contact with greenery prevents stress, promotes a feeling of tranquility and physical recovery. But to connect with Nature, an "intermediary" can be useful to help us reduce the distance between the human and plant worlds; "the Horticultural Therapist" does just this, involving us in a variety of activities, which take place both indoors and outdoors: sowing, transplanting, smelling, tasting, building flowerpots or simple garden furniture, making compositions, learning something about the life of plants ... there are so many experiences to try with Horticultural Therapy! Come and try it with us, on the large terrace of the Geological Museum of the Park. 
For all participants, a healthy "veg" snack and fresh herbal teas.
